Employers of Poland

Pracodawcy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej ( 2010: Konfederacja Pracodawców Polskich, English self- designation: Employers of Poland ) is the oldest and largest employers' organization in Poland.

The NGO was founded in 1993 and today represents self-reported some 7,500 companies that provide about 4 million jobs. The association takes its members directly or belonging to him, regional or industry-specific employer organizations. In Poland, the leading association of the Trilateral Commission for Social Economic Affairs ( Trójstronna Komisja do Spraw społeczno - Gospodarczych ) belongs to, in which he is represented as a bargaining party.

Internationally, the Association cooperates with the International Organization of Employers ( IOE), for which he directed the annual meeting in September 2004 in Poland. Representative of the association to work with in various institutions at the EU level: the European Committee on Migrant Workers, European Social Fund Advisory Committee and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.

The Association has been giving 2002 different, annually awarded prizes; these include the " Wektor " and the " Super Wektor " and the " Konfederatkis ". Longtime president of the organization is the politician Andrzej Malinowski.
