Emppu Vuorinen

Erno " Emppu " Matti Juhani Vuorinen (* June 24, 1978 in Kitee ) is a Finnish guitarist. He is a founding member of the band Nightwish, and also active in various side projects.

Career

At the age of twelve years Vuorinen began playing the guitar, which he taught himself this. His first band was called the Dark Woods My Betrothed, in 1996 he co-founded the band Nightwish. After school, he began studying at a Finnish school of music. He currently lives in Kerava, Finland. Together with the former guitarist Jani Liimatainen Sonata Arctica - he played in the band Altaria, which he left after the production of two albums due to lack of time. With his new band Brother Firetribe he has released the albums False Metal (2006) and Heart Full of Fire (2008). Equipment
