Empress Dowager Yan Ming

Empress Dowager Yan Ming († 152), formally Empress Xiaochong, was an empress dowager of the Han Dynasty, although she was never empress. It was 146 Empress mother because her son Liu Zhi ( as Emperor Huan ) ascended the throne.

Yan Ming was a concubine of Liu Yi, the Marquis of Liwu. After her husband died, inherited by his son Liu Zhi as firstborn of the title.
