Ena Cremona

Ena Cremona ( b. 1936 ) is a Maltese lawyer and a judge at the Court of the European Union.

Cremona studied linguistics and law at the University of Malta. In 1958 she was awarded his doctorate for Dr. iur. From 1959 she worked as a lawyer. From 1964 to 1979 she was Legal Adviser to the National Council of Women of Malta. The Commission for Public Service ( Public Service Commission ) Malta it belonged to from 1987 to 1989. In 2003 she became a member of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance. Since 12 May 2004, she is a judge on " Court of First Instance " of the EU (since 2009 " Court of the European Union "). Their term of office will last until 31 August 2013.
