Endotherm

As endothermic organism, an animal is referred to in biology, the body regulates its temperature from within.

• Hummingbirds, platypus, large flying insects and big fish on the other hand can be seen as ektotherm and describe more or less poikilotherm because although their body temperature changes, but to a certain degree by the metabolic intensity dependent.
