Enoteca

The Enoteca ( ancient Greek: οἶνος oinos = wine θήκη counter = ( wine ) stock, wine shop; German: enoteca or wine bar ) is created in Italy combination of upscale wine shop, delicatessen and restaurant business - a kind of tasting room, in the wines, often to the pure retail price or slightly higher tasting fee, can be tasted together with Feinkostspezialiäten and then buy if interested to take away or ordered.

Originally the term was widely used in Italy for wine stores upscale (while the simpler wine shops Bottiglieria hot ).

In Germany, too - especially if it is not to Italian wines - the wine shop name common. More recently, the concept of wine bar can also be found for Italian restaurants with " small map ", which are usually referred to in Italy as Osteria.
