Entenbühl

The Entenbühl is a 901 meter high mountain in the Upper Palatinate Forest in Bavaria.
It is located northeast of the Bavarian town Flossenbiirg, less than a kilometer from the Czech border. South rises in the Czech Republic the Havran ( 894 meters).
The Entenbühl is the highest point on the German side of the Upper Palatinate Forest; on the Czech side reach the Čerchov ( Schwarzkopf ) and the Dyleň ( Tille mountain ) greater heights.
At the summit there is a chapel, which was built during World War II as a border bunker. To the mountain leads to the German side, cross-country ski of the ski and cross-country skiing center Silberhütte.
