Entrange
Entrange ( German Entringen, Lorraine Entréngen ) is a commune with 1318 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region.
Geography
History
The area has been since 1769, with an interruption from 1871 to 1918 ( National Rural Alsace- Lorraine), France. In the 20th century it was dominated by mining, the pit Charles Ferdinand (Carl Ferdinand ) existed from 1899 until 1979.
From 1811 to 1902 Entrange was incorporated into the neighboring Oeutrange ( which in turn belongs to the municipality since 1970 Thionville ).
