EPRA-Index

The FTSE EPRA Global Real Estate Index is an index series used internationally, which (Belgium ) is created in collaboration with FTSE (UK) and NAREIT (USA) of the European Public Real Estate Association, with headquarters in Brussels. The indices are composed of various listed real estate companies that are traded on various international stock exchanges.

Decisions regarding inclusion of a company in one of the various FTSE-EPRA/NAREIT-Index-Kategorien is hit by a global as well as three additional regional committees. The index series are updated quarterly based on the specified index policy rules.
