Era Vulgaris is the fifth studio album by Californian rock band Queens of the Stone Age. It was recorded between June 2006 and April 2007 in various studios in California and was released on June 8, 2007.

Reception

The album largely received positive reviews with an average of 75 % at Metacritic from 33 critics judgments. Positive ratings were example of Allmusic four and a half out of five, the New Musical Express (8/10 ) or in German reviews at Plattentests.de, also with eight out of ten points or laut.de (4 /5).

Rather average ratings awarded the album at Pitchfork Media ( 6.2 of 10) or the Guardian.

Title list

The album was released in different versions. All versions contain the same 11 songs, in some countries were added different bonus tracks. Furthermore, appeared in Germany and Canada, a limited tour edition, which also still differ from each other.

All songs were written by Josh Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen and Joey Castillo, exceptions are listed separately.
