Erbil SC

The Arbil SC ( officially: Arbil Sports Club ) is an Iraqi- Kurdish football club based in Arbil.

The association, which was founded in 1958, last won four national championships (2006/ 07, 2007/ 08, 2008/ 09 and 2011 /12), and thus broke the dominance of the clubs from the capital Baghdad. The Arbil SC is the first Iraqi- Kurdish football club, who qualified for the AFC Champions League.

Since 1987, the Arbil SC continually playing in the Iraqi Super League.
