Ercandize

Ercandize ( civil Ercan Koçer, born April 12, 1978 in Bochum ) is a German rapper of Turkish descent.

Biography

Ercandize came by Ice Cubes LP AmeriKKKas Most Wanted for hip-hop. 1993 to 1995 he turned to MCing and founded by Sedat and Daiker One the ABS crew. The crew was completed by the beat hobbyists Disco Polo, DJ Salicious and Short that represents the second part of ABS. 1999 appeared the first Maxi 08-15 / Focus. This was how the second album " Mathematics" also, in the hip-hop magazine Juice 12Inch for the month named and mid-1999 was followed by a record deal with Uprock Records / BMG. This was followed by features with Plattenpapzt, Too Strong, RAG, Roey Marquis and other artists. After 2 more maxis followed in 2001 with a one year delay in the debut album Children's - Light done than said. Unexpectedly, it reached the 46th place of the German charts.

Due to various differences in the separation of Uprock Records followed. After a quiet period Kool Savas became aware through a feature on Illmatics album on the talent and invited Ercandize in Berlin. The two hit it off and took the first track on each other. Ercandize was then taken at Optik Records and is an integral part of the Optik Army. In September 2006, the Army released the album optics optics takeover. In April 2007, the release of their debut album Scorched Earth, and the founding of his own label Assazeen followed. After the Scorched Earth Mixtape Vol 2 Best of Ercandize appeared: I am Legend and the Street album uppercut. Following the closure of Optik Records initially were not followed by solo projects, because together with Nabil M. and Yahya, he joined together with the Department Illicite. Under this name finally appeared a download album.
