Eriba-Adad I.

Eriba- Adad I, son of Ashur -bel- nišešu was a mittelassyrischer king, who reigned 27 years after the Assyrian King List. His name is also listed in the synchronistic king list.

He bore the title of viceroy of Ashur ( išši'ak Ashur ) and was governor of Enlil. His royal seal was found in Ashur, also exist brick inscriptions and the foundation cylinder of an unknown temple of his reign.

He was a vassal of the kingdom of Mitanni, but could be solved by this slowly, so that the time of the Mittelassyrischen Empire began.
