Eric Nickulas

Eric Nickulas ( born March 25, 1975 in Hyannis, Massachusetts) is an American professional ice hockey player who was most recently at the ERC Ingolstadt in the German Ice Hockey League contract.

Career

Eric Nickulas was selected in the fourth round of the NHL Entry Draft during 1994 a total of 99 players from the Boston Bruins. First, however, the winger played three years for the ice hockey team of the University of New Hampshire in the play mode of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and one season for the Orlando Solar Bears of the International Hockey League. In the summer of 1998 Nickulas was included in the squad of the Boston farm team, the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League, with which he in his first AHL season's Calder Cup won. In addition, the attacker made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League, where he remained no points in two games for the Boston Bruins. The following two seasons played Nickulas continue both for Boston, as well as their farm team in Providence.

In the summer of 2001, the Americans moved to Worcester IceCats of the AHL, where he ran aground in the next two years. On 16 July 2002 Nickulas signed a contract as a free agent with the NHL club St. Louis Blues.
