Eric Nystrom

Eric Nystrom ( born February 14, 1983 in Syosset, Long Iceland, New York ) is an American professional ice hockey player who is since July 2013 at the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League contract. His father, Bob was also a professional hockey player.

Career

Eric Nystrom began his career as a hockey player in the U.S. National Team Development Program, for which he was active in the United States Hockey League in the 2000 /01 season. Then the attacker played four years for the team from the University of Michigan. During this time he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2002 in the first round as a whole tenth player of the Calgary Flames, where he made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League in the 2005/06 season.
