Erik Persson

Erik " Lillis " Persson (* November 19, 1909; † 1 February 1989) was a Swedish football, ice hockey and Bandyspieler. In all three sports he graduated caps and participated in international championships.

Career

Persson played for AIK in Allsvenskan. In 1937 he was awarded the Swedish club football national champion. In 1939, he was together with Yngve Lindegren Örgryte IS and Ove Andersson of Malmo FF with 16 goals this season scorer in the first division.

Persson also played for the Swedish national team. 32 time he wore the jersey of the blaa - gula and took over for her part in the World Cup 1938.

As a hockey player Persson was active for AIK Ishockey and won in 1934, 1935 and 1938 the Swedish Championship. Persson also played for the Swedish national ice hockey team. He came to a total of seven missions in the Ice Hockey Championship 1932, where he won the gold medal with the Tre Kronors.
