Erik Roland Lindstrom was a Swedish manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The mechanic Erik Roland Lindström, who planned already in the 1930s in Gothenburg, to construct their own cars, founded in 1948 in Mölndal the company that bore his name, and began production of automobiles. The brand name was ERL. 1951 production ended after nine copies produced.

Rolling stock

Lindström presented light, open two-seater ago. In the prototype, a motorcycle engine by Douglas engine with 30 horsepower was used. The series vehicles possessed a two-cylinder engine DKW 600 cc and 14.5 hp. These engines were originally stationary engines and have been modified for the auto mode. The top speed was specified at 100 km / hr.
