Ermyntrude Harvey

Ermyntrude Harvey (* 1896, † 1973) was a British tennis player in the 1920s and 1930s.

Career

1925 Harvey reached at the Wimbledon Championships with Vincent Richards in the final mixed, but the two documents Kathleen McKane Godfree and Jack Hawkes. In 1927 she won with McKane Godfree competition in women's doubles at the U.S. Tennis Championships (now the U.S. Open ). They defeated Betty Nuthall and Joan Fry in three sets 6:1, 4:6, 6:4.

In single it reached in 1928 at the tournament of Wimbledon with the knockout round her best result. In 1935 she also played himself into the finals of the British Indoor Championships, she losing to Peggy Scriven. Most recently, she appeared in 1939 in Wimbledon on.
