Ernest Blakelock Thubron

Emile Thubron ( Ernest Thubron Blakelock; born July 15, 1861 in Boldon in Durham, † May 22 1927 in Tokomaru, New Zealand ) was a British motor boaters, who started but for France.

Thubrons biggest success was winning the gold medal at the Olympic Games 1908 in London about 40 miles an unlimited A-Class. His boat Camille, however, was also the only one of two boats that reached the target. First, the competition should be held between two other boats, however, but this was prevented by bad weather.
