Ernst Haspinger

Ernst Haspinger ( born July 2, 1955 in Wels -Tesido ) is a former Italian luger from South Tyrol.

Ernst Haspinger won 1980, 1981 and 1983, three times in a row overall Luge World Cup. In 1983 he was able to reach the third place overall. At the World Championships 1981 in Hammarstrand he won the bronze medal behind Sergei Danilin and Michael Walter. Also at the European Championships, he was the bronze medal - even three times in a row (1980, 1982, 1984) - win.
