Ero the rogue ( original title Ero s onoga svijeta ) is a comic opera in three acts of the Croatian composer Jakov Gotovac. The libretto was written by his countryman Milan Begovic. It is based on the folk tale and the Fastnachtspiel The farent students into the paradise of Hans Sachs, only the action was transferred to the Herzegovina. Gotovac conjoining music elements of Dalmatia up to Kosovo. The opera was premiered on November 2, 1935 in Zagreb, the Croatian National Theatre. Act I

On the threshing floor

Second Act

In the mill

Act Three

At the fair
