Reputation has specialized in the refinement of Porsche cars. Greenster was developed in collaboration with Siemens based on a Porsche 911 chassis.

The electric motor of the vehicle has a power output of 270 kW and a torque of 950 Nm almost from the first turn. Thus, the Greenster accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in about 5 seconds. In addition, electrical energy can be fed back into the grid.

The body is based on the Porsche 911 ( 997). Reputation has chosen for reasons of weight instead of a convertible top, a special body shape: Greenster has integrated the connecting piece of the two B-pillars a roll bar, which together with the frame of the windscreen in the event of a rollover protects a firm base the occupants from serious injury. In order to fully protect the passenger compartment from the weather, two more elements are used: a hardtop Between roll bar and rear a so-called " soft-top " Zip and between the windscreen frame and roll bars are attached. Thus, four different variants result, as the roof can be opened or closed while driving. This technique, known as Targa roof feature was presented in 1965 by Porsche at the product launch of the Porsche Targa at the IAA.

The first Greenster was presented in March 2009 at the Geneva Motor Show the public and will be built from 2011 in a small series. The price will be 214,000 euros.
