Erwin Wegner
Erwin Wegner ( born April 5, 1909 in Stettin, † February 6, 1945 in Sarreguemines ) was a German athlete and Olympic athlete who was successful in the 1930s in the 110- meter hurdles. At the European Championships in 1934, he won the silver medal ( 14.9 s ).
At the Olympics 1932 he gave up in the intermediate run at the 1936 Olympics he was eliminated.
He competed at the 1932 Olympic Games in the decathlon and was ninth ( 7179.930 points).
Erwin Wegner was a member of the TSV Schöneberg Berlin. In its competition time, he was 1.91 m tall and weighs 80 kg.
