The power plant Esbjerg is a coal-fired power plant in the port of Esbjerg. It was commissioned in 1992 and has an electrical output of 378 megawatts. The chimney of the power plant Esbjerg is 250.24 meters above sea level, the highest chimney in Denmark. Since 2004, the power plant Esbjerg has a denitrification plant.
