Escaudain

Escaudain (pronounced ékodin ) is a commune with 9164 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Nord, in the Nord -Pas -de -Calais. It belongs to the district Valenciennes and Canton Denain. The inhabitants are called Escaudinois.

Escaudain is 4.3 km north-west of Denain, 5 km south-east of Somain and 13 km west of Valenciennes.
