Esimbi is a language which is spoken by about 20,000 in the southwestern part of the country Cameroon.
It is also referred to as Isimbi, SIMPI, Age, Aage, Bogue or Mburugam and is a tivoide - and therefore bantoide - language.
The Speaker of the Esimbi speak in everyday life now mainly English and French, as these in Cameroon are official languages of the country since the British- French rule and Esimbi has no status.
