Eskil

Eskil is a town and a district in the Turkish province of Aksaray. The district has 26 202 inhabitants, of which 17,044 live in the city (as of 2012). The district is located in the west of the province, bordering the Lake Tuz. The county is completely flat and has no hills or mountains. The climate is continental. In addition to the municipality Eskil, which was founded in 1929, it is with Esmekaya yet another municipality and eight villages.
