Eskilstuna United DFF

Eskilstuna United DFF is a Swedish women's football club from Eskilstuna, which was established on 29 September 2002. The club was in 2013 of the founding members of the newly created sub-prime Elitettan and rose finish the season as champions for the first time on the Damallsvenskan.

History

The club was created when the women's football department of the Tunafors SK, who had played several years in the second division in 2002 triggered by the association and merged with the appropriate department of the Slagsta IK. Already in the first year of the new club won its third league season and was promoted to the second division, where the team reüssierte to descend the end of 2009, especially in the middle table space. After the direct re-emergence in 2012, the team qualified as a table fourth in the North Season for the newly introduced as a single-track second division Elitettan from which they ascended as the first champion in the Damallsvenskan the following year.

Stadium

The club plays its home matches at the 7,800 -seat Tunavallen that was converted in 2002 into a pure football stadium.
