One can distinguish two model series. The first was built from 1951 to 1957. The cars had the windows partition 3-5-3, until 1954, three front windows and had a total of a little rounder. The second was built in 1958. The vehicles were 1.5 meters longer, the window arrangement was 4-4-4, they had next to the two front windows and one window in the corner, a deeper apron. Two double doors were mounted between the compartments, the stop was usually the center of the Einstieges, and not on the outer sides. Some railcars had at the end of a luggage compartment with a separate door. The vehicles of Bentheim railroad of the first series had front doors with a transition plate, it was added later, the narrow middle front window remained. Most vehicles were twin engine, each inner axis of the truck was driven by fluid coupling, gear and gearbox, with two cars all axes. Seven railcars were single engine, the engine worked on drive shafts and a Voith transmission to both axles of a bogie. While the engines were usually mounted under the floor, the engine in the single-engined railcars of Bentheim railway was built on the bogie, which was to be amplified and had a wheelbase of 3.6 meters, and sticking into the passenger compartment inside.
