The Estadio El Teniente ( German: El Teniente Stadium ) is a stadium in the Chilean city of Rancagua. It was opened in 1945 and today holds 25,000 spectators, with all seats are seats. Currently, the stadium is primarily used as a football stadium.
In 1962, seven games of the World Cup were held here, including six preliminary rounds and quarter finals.
The local football club Club Deportivo O'Higgins plays its home games from here.
