Esther Dyson

Esther Dyson (born 14 July 1951, Zurich, Switzerland ) is an American IT journalist.

Dyson is the daughter of Freeman Dyson. Her brother George Dyson is a well-known consultant and philosopher in the field of digital technologies. Her grandfather was the composer George Dyson.

Education & Careers

After her studies in economics at Harvard Dyson began a single-minded career as an editor for the final American business magazine Forbes and was quickly promoted to reporter. In 1977 she joined the New Court Securities, a: as a market research department, having previously worked at Federal Express and other start-ups.
