The Estonian Marine Academy (Estonian: Eesti Mereakadeemia ) is a State Marine Academy and military means are formed on the prospective officers of the Estonian Navy and the Estonian coast guard. It has its headquarters in the Estonian capital and port city of Tallinn.

The Estonian Marine Academy as a college was founded on 1 November 1991, is divided into three departments, Marine Science, Marine Engineering and Navigation with about 900 students and 100 academic staff.
