Étables-sur-Mer
Étables -sur -Mer ( Breton: Staol ) is a commune with 3036 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Côtes- d'Armor in the Brittany region. Étables -sur- Mer is located on the Bay of Saint- Brieuc and is agricultural. The commune includes the beaches of Godelins plage, plage du Moulin and the plage du Vau chaperone. The inhabitants are called Tagarins and Tagarines.
History
The municipality was formerly Étables- les- Grottes, which was an allusion to the caves in the area.
