Etibar Mammadov

Etibar Məmmədov or Etibar Mammedov ( born April 2, 1955 in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR then Soviet Union) is a conservative Azerbaijani politician.

He joined in 1998 and 2003 in presidential elections for the National Independence Party ( AMIP ). In 1998 he was defeated with 11.8 % of the vote in second place and in 2003 reached 2.6 % of the vote the 4th Place.

He also holds the post of Vice-Chairman of the International Democratic Union.
