Etienne Froidevaux

Etienne Froidevaux ( born March 20, 1989 in Biel ) is a Swiss ice hockey player who is under contract with the Lausanne HC in the National League A since 2013.

Career

Etienne Froidevaux began his career as a hockey player in the junior division of the SC Bern. In the season 2005/ 06 he ran the first time at senior level when he ran aground in two games for the EHC Rot-Blau Bern- Bümpliz from the first third-rate league. In the season 2006/ 07 the Centre was parallel to his time with the Elite Junior SC Bern to his debut in professional hockey for the SC Langenthal from the National League B. From 2007 to 2009 he performed in parallel for the first team of SC Bern in the National League A and for the Young- Sprinters Hockey Club and the Swiss U-20 ice hockey team in the National League B.. In the 2009/10 season he won the national championship with the SC Bern. He himself contributed to this success with 23 scorer points, including seven goals in 51 games at. In the 2011/12 season he reached with the SC Bern again the championship finals, defeated in this with his team but the ZSC Lions.

For the 2012/13 season Froidevaux was committed by the NLA participants SCL Tigers. After the Tigers this season descended into the NLB, he signed a two -year contract with newly promoted Lausanne HC.

Internationally

For Switzerland Froidevaux participated in the Under-18 Junior World Cup 2007, the U20 Junior World Championships in 2007 and 2008 and the U20 Junior World Championship Division I 2009 part.
