Etorki

Etorki is a sheep's milk hard cheese from the French Basque country, a product of the group Bongrain.

For about 4000 years, is produced in the French Pyrenees sheep's milk cheese. The Etorki is today the best known representatives of this tradition. It matures in brine -soaked towels, which gives him a firm, orange rind.
