Eucratides II

Eukratides Soter ( II ) ( Ευκρατιδου; reigned about 145-140 BC ) was a Greek- Bactrian king. He is so far known only from his coins. He was perhaps the son of Eukratides I. (about 171-145 BC) and ruled for this in Bactria, while Eukratides I was on a campaign in India. There, he was allegedly murdered by his son after Junianus Justinus ( 41.6 ). This son is not mentioned by name, maybe it was Eukratides II
