Eudocia (* 439, † 471/472 in Jerusalem) was the daughter Licinia Eudoxias and the Western Roman Emperor Valentinian III. and thus granddaughter of the Eastern Roman Emperor Theodosius II and Aelia Eudocia of.

455 she was kidnapped by the Vandals under Genseric in Romplünderung with her mother Licinia Eudoxia and her sister Placidia to Africa. Since 442 she was with Huneric, the son and successor of Genseric, engaged, since 455/56 ( after a forced short marriage with Palladius ) married to him.
