Eugen Radu

Eugen Radu ( born April 16, 1978 in Tulcea, Tulcea County ) is a Romanian luger.

Eugen Radu is a student and lives in Sinaia. He toboggan since 1994. In Luge World Cup he starts in single-seater toboggan since the season 1998 /99. Best individual result in the World Cup was in 25th place in Nagano in the season 2006/07. Best results in the overall standings was the 18th place in the 2000 /01 season. In the Luge World Cup in 2001 in Calgary Radu was 22, a year later, and 24 at the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, he was ranked 44th in the single-seater.

With Marian Tican he entered since the late 1990s, also in the doubles. Best results were the 16th place at the Luge World Cup in 2003, 14 (2004 ) and 18 ( 2005).
