Eugenio Amore

Eugenio Amore ( born February 17, 1972 in Vergato ) is an Italian volleyball player who is active in parallel also in volleyball.

Career beach volleyball

Amore played his first international tournament in 1999 and 2000 with different partners. In 2001, he formed a duo with Riccardo Lione. In the first year Amore / Lione reached two 17th places in Lignano and Espinho. At the World Championships in Klagenfurt they survived the group stage with a win and a loss, before they had to admit defeat the Laciga brothers from Switzerland in the first knockout round. At the end of the year they finished at the Vitória Open still 13th place. In 2002, she managed the 17th place in Marseilles and Cadiz as the best results on the FIVB World Tour. The following year joined Amore with Andrea Tomatis on at two open tournaments and the Berlin Grand Slam without achieving top rankings.

2005 Amore returned with his new partner Riccardo Fenili. After three victories in satellite tournaments in a row, the duo arrived at the Athens Open in ninth place in the top ten. 2006 Amore was first with Tomatis fifth in the Shanghai Open, before he played with Fenili and in Stavanger and Marseille finished ninth. After a period with changing partners he came to the end of the season in Stare Jabłonki and Vitória on the seventh and ninth. 2007 joined Amore zunächsht again with Tomatis on before. A new duo with Riccardo Bizzotto The best result this year was the ninth place finish at the Grand Slam in Klagenfurt. 2008 Amore / Bizzotto did not come on the 17th square. Later Amore played again with Lione. Amore / Lione competed at the Olympic Games in Beijing. There they succeeded in three preliminary games no victory, so they were eliminated as a group last.

2009 Amore played with Giuseppe Patriarca only the Open tournament in Rome. In 2010 he reached with Fosco Cicola the Roman Grand Slam tournaments and two open- front places. In 2012 he returned with Matteo Martino at the Grand Slam in Klagenfurt back again.

Career Indoor Volleyball

In the hall Amore was active in unterklassigen clubs. He began his career in 1991 in Piano di Conca. From 1993 to 1998 he played in Migliarino in the leagues B2 and C1. Then the attacker was one season in the clubs Artic Bottega, Codyeco Lupi Santa Croce, BPC Blue Line Samgas crema and Ostia volley in the third Italian league ( Serie B1) active. In 2002 he returned to now in the second division (A2 ) back Ascended Club of Santa Croce. In the seasons 2003/ 04 and 2004/ 05 he was in the B -division club Lunica volley Aulla and Pallavolo Livorno under contract. He then moved to Quasar Massa. After he had paused from 2006 to 2008 in the hall, he played from 2008 to 2010 and rose again for Massa with the club to the second division.
