Features

Euglena sanguinea is 55-170 microns long. The cells are highly metabol and spindle-shaped to nearly cylindrical. There are chloroplast discs available. The scourge is twice as long as the body. The eye spot is great. The membrane has spirally extending rows of prominences. Due to the nature of Hämatochromkörnchen appears red in color.
