Eulmash-shakin-shumi

Eulmaš - Sakin - šumi was 1003-986 BC, king of Babylonia. He belonged to the dynasty of Bazi, which could take over the rule for three generations after the end of the second sea - land dynasty. He restored the Šamaš cult, by assigning to its Ebabbar a portion of the income of Esagila.
