Eurazeo

Eurazeo is a publicly traded company with headquarters in Paris, which operates as a private equity investor.

Eurazeo was formed in 2001 from the merger of Eurafrance and Azeo, originally served as holding companies in the Lazard Group in France; the binding Eurazeos to the Lazard Group but was released prior to their IPO.

The investment portfolio is worth over 5 billion euros. Significant investments are, inter alia, APCOA ( car park operator ), Europcar ( car rental company ), Elis ( MietwäscheWaschraumserviceunternehmen ), B & B ( hotel), Fraikin ( car rental company ) and Moncler ( fashion company ). In addition, minority stakes in the listed company Accor, Rexel, Danone and Air Liquide (February 2009).

Eurazeo is part of the French SBF 120 index. The largest shareholder is Crédit Agricole group with about 18 % (as of August 2013).
