Eurofly was an Italian airline based in Milan. They merged in early 2010 with Meridiana.

History

Eurofly was founded in 1989, inter alia, by Alitalia as a charter airline. Until 2000, Alitalia stopped the original 45 % stake to 100 %, two years later, was sold 80 % of Banca Profilo Spinnaker Fund, the remaining 20 %, in 2004. Last belonged almost 30% of the airline to the owner of the Italian airline Meridiana.
