European Automobile Manufacturers Association

ACEA stands for Association des Constructeurs Européens d' Automobiles, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association. This was in February 1991 from the predecessor organization, the Comité des Constructeurs du Marché Commun CMMC, which was founded in October 1972.

The ACEA was established in 1991. Its headquarters is in Brussels. In 1995 he opened an office in Tokyo, in 2004 one in Beijing.
