European Personnel Selection Office

The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO, the European Personnel Selection Office English ) is an agency of the European Union with the task to unify the pre-selection of employees of the institutions of the European Union. The Office was established on 26 July 2002.

Depending on the needs of the Institutions, EPSO competitions with the aim of writes to set up reserve lists of candidates for certain career fields. Only from this reserve lists to select the institutions later employees for permanent settings.
