European Physical Society

The European Physical Society (EPS ) is a consortium of 38 European physical societies. The scientific society founded in 1968, thus representing over 100,000 physicists in Europe. Your seat is Mulhouse in France.

Largest member of the EPS is the German Physical Society with over 62,000 members.

Activities

Main activities of the EPS are the organization of conferences and the promotion of scientific exchange. It also publishes several scientific journals.
