The European Route 403 ( Abbreviation: E 403 ) is a relatively short European road (84 km), the Belgian provinces of West Flanders and Hainaut connects north to south. The E 403 starts almost immediately in the district of the Flemish city of Bruges Zeebrugge on the North Sea and then executes on the National Road 31 to Bruges, where it merges into the A17 which crosses here with the E 40. The cities of Roeselare ( Roeselare ) and Kortrijk ( Courtrai ) are connected together, the e crossed 17 south of Kortrijk. Finally, the E 403 meets on the cross Marquain at Tournai on the European Route 42 ( both A 16 ).

The E 403 runs exclusively through Belgium.
