Eurynome (daughter of Nisus)

Eurynome (Greek Εὐρυνόμη ) is a figure in Greek mythology.

She was the daughter of King Nisus of Megara. Athene taught them all the arts and presented her with wisdom and a wonderful scent rose from her silver gown when she moved. When she was of marriageable age, she married Glaucus, son of Sisyphus. Then she gave birth to Bellerophon. As a father of Bellerophon and Poseidon is specified. Thus he was the half-brother of Pegasus. She was also the mother of Deliades, Piren and Alkimenes.
