Eva Klotz

Eva Klotz ( born June 4, 1951 in sway, St Leonhard in eggs pass, South Tyrol, Italy ) is a politician of South Tyrol South Tyrolean Freedom and deputies in parliament.

Life

She is the eldest of six children of Georg Klotz and has written a book about her father. She sits down, as he continues for the self-determination of South Tyrol a.

Eva Klotz attended teacher training college and studied history, folklore and philosophy at the University of Innsbruck and graduated from there in 1974. Subsequently, she earned the qualification to teach in South Tyrol Upper schools in the field of literacy ( German, history, geography and Latin). As a teacher, she worked at various high schools in South Tyrol from 1975 until her election to the South Tyrolean Landtag 1983.

She lives with her husband Hans Bachmann in Bolzano.

Policy

Eva Klotz was from 1980 to 1983 Member of the Municipal Council of the city of Bolzano South Tyrolean People's Party for. She sat from 1983 to 1989 for the South Tyrolean Heritage Association and from 1989 to 2007, the Union of South Tyrol in the parliament. In 2007, the South Tyrolean freedom split - Free Alliance for Tyrol from under the leadership of Klotz of the Union. Until the 2008 state election Eva Klotz was spokesperson of the South Tyrolean freedom in the parliament. After cleavage of the Union for South Tyrol she ran for the first time for the South Tyrolean Freedom on the first list position. In the state election 2008, she was re-elected with a total of 9,914 preferential votes for the sixth time in the state parliament election in 2013 with 13,036 preferential votes for the seventh time.

As part of a reorganization of pension rights of deputies she received in 2014 an advance of over 1.1 million euros.
